Ingredients:
Serves 12

Part I: Making gravy
====
2 chicken stock cube
3 chicken breasts – remove & shred when cooked
Add Part II
1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
Some cornstarch solution
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine aka Shaoxing Huatiao wine

Part II — Fry first then add to chicken soup stock in Part I

6 – 7 cloves of garlic – chopped
24 pieces of Chinese mushrooms – rehyrdrated & sliced
3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
A few dashes of white pepper
2 – 3 scoops of chicken soup stock

Part II: Making crispy shallots – optional

20 pieces of shallots
Some lard oil – you can also use other oil

Thin rice noodles aka hor fun
