Frogs actually taste like chicken. If cooked properly, their flesh is actually even more tender than that of a chicken. Too grossed out? Ingredients:
Serves 4
Marinate the frogs with the ingredients below

3 frogs
3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
4 tablespoons of premium dark soya sauce
2 tablespoons of light soya sauce
2 tablespoons of Chinese cooking wine
1.4 teaspoons of sugar
A few dashes of ground white pepper
Frying
——-
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
5 cloves of garlic – halved
20 stalks of dried chilli – rehydrated
5 pieces of bird’s eye chilli – minced
500ml of chicken broth
A few stalks of spring onion
