This Marmite Claypot Tofu is a very nutritious pot of gold because Marmite is loaded with Vitamin B and folic acid. Serves 4

1.5 pieces firm tofu / tau kwa
200g minced meat
2 tablespoons dried shrimps
2 cloves of garlic – minced
some pepper to taste
1 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons cornflour
5 stalks of baby corn
1 red onion – sliced
12 pieces of sweat peas
5 pieces of dried mushrooms – soaked
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
3 tablespoons of light soya sauce
2 cups of mushroom soaking liquid
1.5 tablespoons of Marmite
