Salted Egg Yolk Fried Chicken // 咸蛋黄金沙炸鸡
Salted egg chicken is one of the most popular dishes in Singapore. In fact, Singaporeans seem to like anything with salted egg yolk. I’m not sure where was it originated from but I must salute the person who invented this style of cooking. You gotta try this to believe me.
Roland used only yolks from 4 salted eggs but I think if you want the salted egg taste to be more obvious, you can increase to 6 yolks.
