SUPER EASY Chinese Recipe: Steamed Chicken w/ Mushrooms

Serves 3 pax
6 drumlets or any other chicken parts
3 pieces of medium size Chinese mushrooms
Stems of 2 stalks of spring onion
5 slices of ginger
3 cloves of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine or Shaoxing Huatiao wine
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of premium dark soya sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
A few dashes of white pepper
2 teaspoons of cornflour
