Ingredients:
Serves 3

Part 1: Making basic mayonnaise from scratch
====
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of mustard
200ml of sunflower seed oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Making wasabi mayonnaise
======
1 tablespoon of basic mayonnaise
1-2 teaspoons of wasabi

Making orange mayonnaise
======
1 tablespoon of basic mayonnaise
1-2 teaspoons of orange marmalade

Ingredients for prawns
====
9 medium to large prawns (deshelled & deveined)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
A generous dash of white pepper
1 egg white
Some cornflour
