Some of you might know that Roland and I just came back from a short vacation in Tokyo. That explains why we’re so crazy about Japanese food recently because we are missing Japan so much. Here’s a very simple stir fry noodle dish – Black Pepper Seafood Udon that I’m sure you will enjoy.

Ingredients:
Serves 4 – 6 pax
3 packets of udon
1 broccoli
200g of prawns – de-shelled & de-veined
200g of squid
3 cloves of garlic – chopped
1.5 pieces of red onion – sliced
1 carrot – shredded
Some choy sum
0.5 cup of water
2 tablespoons of premium oyster sauce
3 tablespoons of low sodium light soya sauce
1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
1 tablespoon of grounded black pepper
0.5 tablespoon of sesame oil
