Serves 4 – 6 pax
Marinate the chicken first for 10 – 15 mins using the ingredients below
2 skinless & boneless chicken thigh (350g) – cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cornflour
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger juice
Stir frying the chicken
1 tablespoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of butter
4 cloves of garlic – chopped
2 medium red onions – sliced
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1.5 cups of water
2 tablespoons of premium oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of light soya sauce
2.5 tablespoons of premium dark soya sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
0.5 teaspoon of salt
Some cornstarch solution
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine also known as Shaoxing wine
Some chopped spring onion – optional
