Ingredients:
Serves 6
5 cloves of garlic – minced
6 pieces of shallots – sliced thinly
60g of dried shrimps – washed
Marinated mushrooms (see details below)
2 pieces of Chinese sausages – sliced
300g of streaky pork (marinate w/ 0.5 tsp of salt & pepper)
2 cups of Thai jasmine rice – washed
2 tablespoons of low sodium light soya sauce
2 tablespoons of premium dark soya sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
A few dashes of white pepper
400g of Chinese cabbage
3 cups of water
Making the marinated mushrooms

8 pieces of dried Chinese mushrooms – soaked & sliced
1 tablespoon of low sodium light soya sauce
0.5 tablespoon of sesame oil
0.5 teaspoon of sugar
