Ingredients:
Serves 4-6 pax
Ingredients for Chilli oil

2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of Sichuan peppercorns
2 teaspoons of chilli powder
Ingredients for soup
====
Cooking oil
100g of pork loin – cut into strips
60g of shredded carrot
8 pieces of dried mushrooms – cut into strips
60g of black fungus – cut into strips
80g of ham – cut into strips
1.5L of water
1 cube of chicken bullion
1 piece of soft tofu (suitable for soup)
2 tablespoons of soya sauce
3 tablespoons of black vinegar
0.5 tablespoon of white pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
Some cornstarch solution
2 beaten eggs
